How long after having a BA are you able to list your arms above your head to wash your hair? Also how long till i can go back to the gym?

i was able to lift arms by day 5 but people differ and defo no gym before 6 weeks u can go for good walk tho..

Thats good. I hate having dirty hair but think i’ll have to get some dry shampoo or maybe get the bf to do it. What size did you get?
