Post op :(

Just had my 1 week post op check.

Boobs great, both dropped already and scars perfect apparently – I can’t see them, my boobs are too big

Belly button – awful. It looks like it’s been removed, no hole at all. I burst into tears as it’s the first time I have seen it properly. It’s horrendous bruising. Nurse said it will probably be a re op but how can they make a hole from nothing? The scars looks like they’ll be awful too. Totally regretting it. Nurse booked me in to see mr Traynor again on the 15th

I felt great all week and just totally gutted. I was SO excited to wear a bikini but that’s not going to happen anytime soon

Oww sweetie sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your belly lets hope Dr T will shine some light on whether it will just take time and will be ok or you’ll need another op.

At least you have gorgeous big boobies

hey babe u will be surprised what they can do… its only been 1 week and if uve had a tummy tuck (im assuming by the bruising and bellybutton comment) then its gonna take time before it looks normal. scars will look red and big till they heal and fade properly and bruising will go in time, that never looks pretty xxxx i say see what dr traynor says and just give it a bit of time its still very early days. the boobs r not major surgery but the tummy tuck is. i had a c-section and u cant even see my scar now its healed, its not even visible, yet it was a big red stitched up wound to begin with….. xxxxxx takes time thats all hun xxxxxx

I has boob job and belly button correction. So it should be relatively minor.

awww so yeah thats minor then hun…. what was matter with ur belly button originally if u dont mind me asking?? never heard of belly button correction xxxx

It was just a bit big after stretching with the kids and it also had one stretch Mark which was above my belly button so was covered with my piercing.

Now it looks like he has effectively pieced the middle so there is no hole. Now I have stretchmarks underneath my belly button which even a piercing wouldn’t cover up. Not that I could even get it pierced as there is no hole at all.

I can’t stop crying. Two weeks before I can see him. I’m tempted to consult another surgeon in the meantime as I’m absolutely distraught.

I really really wish I hadn’t done it

Aww Abi u ok sorry to hear that xx I’m sure they’ll fix it maybe it’s just all swelling might get better before u see him xx

sorry to hear things not gone as planned – not sure what a belly button correction entails, but i’m sure they will be able to sort it for you. Keep your chin up and know that we are here for support xxx

awww hun bless u i can totally understand…at the end of the day u paid good money to get it sorted so there shudnt be an issue… shame u have to wait 2 weeks tho, so frustrating when u just want answers and it sorting xxxxxxxx big cuddles xxxxx

Thanks everyone. I have finally stopped crying – I managed 6 hours!

I’ve text my PC and asked her to email mr Traynor and see of it is possible to create a hole now.

I’m not blaming Mr Traynor , I still have faith him. My worry and upset is due to whether it is physically possible to get what I want/had expected.

I also am upset I’m having to wait 2 weeks to see him when I know he is in sooner , again not fault of mr Traynor .

I’m still in the Mr Traynor is a legend group!
