Post op advice??

I have my breast enlargement 2 days ago 7/7/2019 just wondering for the girls who have had their implants for a while now how long until your implants dropped and started to form a more natural shape? I’m so worried as mine are so swollen and a lot bigger than I anticipated I had 300cc round hp overs I know it’s still so early for me but just need some reassurance right now. And also they are stinging like craaaaazy right now!!! Any advice would be amazing. Thank you xx
