Well, this morning I was fortunate to see mr singh @ post op, although was there to see d nurse. He quickly checked my brand new puppies & confirm all good & then left me with the nurse.
She took strapping from underneath, cleaned & then put these strips on dat I keep on for a week.
Been told that I can now, sleep on my back, & drink alcohol! Woohoo!!
Booked my 6 week check up with mr singh & off I went for the next 4 hours support bra shopping cos nurse told me need it.
Went to selfridges & debenhams, got measured, both didn’t have my size 32GG /34E so prayed in agony with my back & carrying my heavy. Ish…hand bag on my proper tired … prayed marks & sparks had my size & they did!!
I was so relieved, got measured there, bought 2 @ 32G cos the GG was too high in armpit, soft but proper suck boobies together sports bra & I feel much better now so does my back.
Looking forward 2 a decent sleep 2nite. Boobs hurt a bit in bra, feels funny being so snugged in 2gether, but rather that than wrong size, loose bra, & all dat pain & inconvenience we’re all a waste.
I feel much better that my boobs are protected & snuggly fitted properly. The nurse did say to me my bra needs to be tighter, & that’s exactlly what I’ve done.
Anyway, just fort I share dis as on bus way home from marksy.. X

and the aches and pains is hardly there because of a sturdy, supportive, keep them boobies high up secure,bra!!!
i feel so much better now…
