Post op appointment x

Had my 7 day post op today… (Though it’s only 6)
Glad to have been told I can have a proper bath and sleep flat.. But not on my side yet!! Happy days.
I’ve put some more pics on. Apart from the bruising MR T has made me very happy xxx

Sarah I’ve added you x my birthday is 21st but we are going weekend 24th. Thank you Danielle I am over the moon. How’s your swelling doing now ?
Did you get told when to start massaging them ? They mentioned it before discharge at hospital but I can’t remember what movements we are to do xx
