Post op appt, do I go braless with breast and or wear macom? Help!!

Got to travel to London for my nurse appt today & it kills to wear macom & breastband, had unders so have to wear breastband for 2 weeks but don’t fancy walking the streets of London bra less lol…help

What do I do lol xx

ive been wearen boobtubes in this weather infact for todays not had sports bra on, nursetold me before 6 weeks she would rather me not wear a bra that have one ive wore short boob tubes with blouse over top, then orderd two tops of asos they r boob tubes butwith straps there really comfortable and hold u in plus there in fashion:) x
