Post op back pain anyone?

Hi,
1 week post op and really suffering from a constant backache today. My sports bra is not overly tight and have tried a bath and water bottle and also my meds but still aches 🙁

Anyone else feel like or did at this stage? If so please tell me it eased off.

Hi hun, my back and shoulders hurt so much at first from sleeping upright and hunching a bit when I walked. I used heat packs which really helped while they were on and tried to move about as much as possible (lots of short walks) to stop my muscles getting stiff. It does get better though and I stopped aching around the 2 week mark. You will soon feel better and it will all be worth it ?Xxx

I’m 5 days po and I’ve had more pain in my back then in my boobies! Heat pads have helped but I’m taking ibuprofen every 4hours and is working better than the codrydolmol . I can’t wait to sleep on my side as I’m sure sleeping sitting up is not helping. Hope you feel better soon. Xx
