Post op bloating

Hi all, I’m 8 days post op, stopped all meds day 4 as the pain from bloating/constipation was so bad. Having daily bowel movements now but the bloating is still so bad. I am usually a size 8 so I just look ridiculous atm and like I’m due to give birth any day! Has anyone else had bloating even though going to the toilet fine? I’m walking around regularly during the day, drinking plenty of water and peppermint tea etc but nothing is helping 😢
Any advice?…. TIA xx

Hi hun, I know this is very late now but I’m in exactly the same position! Stopped the co-codamol on day 4 and still look 6 months pregnant now 1 week later! Did you find anything that helped? X
