Post op bra?

Hi ladies
I’m having my op 29th of this month
just wondering what the best post op bras are as I’m not seeing the surgeon till the 19th and wanna start buying some now

This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up to 78%. Top Tip…..Fasten the top clip before you put the Run bra on and then pull it on over your head. The bottom hook and eye can then be fastened once the Run bra is in place.

I got my post op bras from m&s Hun, there the high impact zip up front ones I was recommended these by my surgeon.
They feel really secure and great that they have a zip and not hooks.

Your welcome chick they do full range from hooks to clips and zips but to be fair I’ve tried n tested most of them and they where crap good luck chick xx

I’m using macoms right now and have found them very good x

Hi Girls, I read about the M&S bra too but with the zip, there is only one level of tightness which i am worried about but my surgeon told me that macom is good because there is two sets of hook and eye so you change the tightness a few weeks after surgery x

I just went with the strongest ones took my shock ab soprts bra & Macon and he said the Macon was no good and was tossed back n my bag as my surgeon said it’s wasn’t strong and not up for the job with uplift and implants but If I was you IDE just go in try few on in work out which ones are the best for your self x

Shock Absorber sports bra you buy on line at sports direct starting from £15 which at normal they are £38 and they got USA pro ones too that are ok xx
