Post op bra size, need help!! ?

I’m having 300cc hp unders on the 15th of Feb. I currently wear 32a bras but when measured I’m actually 30aa, my nurse told me to get 34c sports bra. I’m really unsure of what size to get? Also which ones are the best? I don’t want to get one that won’t support my new boobs!

I’m a 32a & got a Macom in a 32 (unsure if I’m actually a 30) I’m having 400cc uhp under the muscle. Macom are meant to be the best. Sorry I can’t be of much help I hope you get it sorted @bethphillipsx

I’m really confused, I keep reading about girls going up a back size because of swelling?
