Post op bra so uncomfortable help?

I’m 1 day post op and my sports bra is so uncomfortable I’ve had to take it off..my strapping is so tight is it ok to not wear one until I find one that’s comfortable? Also after swelling do your boobs drop a cup size?

You don’t need to wear one whilst the strappings on xx

I wore my macom throughout with the strapping for 9 days it does loosen up all around, it’s most likely the strapping irritating you but I strongly advise to carry on wearing the sports bra on top as it could mean you are breaching your warranty xx

I don’t know what size sports bra to get I asked to be a dd/e and I’m 34 back so bought a 36e and 36f..feels so tight and an e cup too small but an f too big :/ I’m so confused

Why don’t you get a macom Hun, you only need to know the back size as it moulds to your cup size xx

So do you not having any strapping off now @El ? It feels really tight pressure on my chest and feels like it is cutting into my incisions. Also it feels like the strapping is pushing my left breast higher up than my right as there is a bulge and it’s sore to touch? I’m in so much pain too Hun..can’t wait to get this strapping off and feel normal again..when do you get your strapping off? Xx

Not till Friday u? My left one feels so much bigger n higher n more painful than the right one! Yeah I. Have strapping on just putt photo up I can’t see my cleavage like u tho 🙁

It does ease girls I’m 7 days post op and I was in pain for 2 days I did get stronger painkillers from my gp don’t know if that helped .
I’m having strapping off tomorrow I can’t bloody wait .
I had partials what did u have ? I don’t know if it makes a difference I’m sure people said unders hurt more but I’ve found it ok apart from feeling fat but my belly gone down now . Xx

I’m Friday too it can’t come quick enough..I’m so worried this strapping is so tight it is mishaping them and he while bra situation is worrying me too ATM I have a tescos 36f on as it’s the only one that fits the best..it’s still really tight though I don’t wear it to sleep in x

I had my op at 9:30pm on Friday and woke up at 11:30pm with strapping, at 6am he came in to my room gave them a good squeeze said he was very happy amd pulled off all the strapping and told me to wear my sports bra…but the bra sits right on my incisions and it kills..I had to buy a bra extension because it was hurting so much..I don’t know if that’s a sensible thing to do or not :/ xx
