    Where’s the best place to get post op bra’s ? been to asda nd they dont sell them any more, and all the sports bra’s are low impact. Will low impact do?

    I just brought a medium impact one from m and s will that be ok?

    mine was a maximum support bra from tesco (£6) it done the job i lived in it and still wear it to go to the gym 5 1/2 months later xx

    I had low impact asda bra post op which was fine for me x

    I find the macom really suppotive, but it’s so restrictive it takes my breathe away sometimes!! I have a royce max impact sports bra which feels like heaven when I put it on compared to the macom & a shock absorber(the band is really tight & hurts my insicions so can’t wera that one).

    The royce is definitely my fave & I’ve heard they do a macom type surgical bra which I wish i’d have got. xx

    Thanks girls think i’ll have a trip to Tesco!! Dr Trayner reccomeds that you dont wear a maccom so I didnt get one. Eeeeek 1 week today cannit wait x

    me and cuks had mr t and we both got macoms, i have 1 medium impact bra from tesco and 2 m&s support bras x

    yup he did, and i prefer my m&s ones tbh more comfy xx
