Post Op Bra's

Hey,

Does anyone have any tips on where to pick up good support bras for post op? Preferably not another macom, as they are so restricting on what you can wear with them being so high at the front. Also, should I be wearing this 24/7, the more support the better the results? My macoms are getting little loose so think its time I invested in another to keep me going for my next 3 weeks of recovery….. Much appreciated

i bought total support bras from marks and spenser. think they were around £15 each and they are fab! i still wear them now to bed. everyone is different though so shop around. some people say tesco have some good support bras so its a case of trial and error to see what you find comfortable. yes you should be wearing a support bra day and night to give you more support and to minimise and strain your new boobies may cause x

Great, thanks for the advice! Can i just ask are these the he support bras that come in a box? rather than out on a hanger? was looking in marks at the weekend but wasnt sure which ones I was meant to be looking for…. Many thanks! :

yeah those ones are the ones in the boxes. ive got 2 white ones but they probably come in black and flesh colour too x
