can your sports bra or macom being tight ruin your boobies or are they suposed to be very tight??

i havent had mine done yet but my macom arrived and its called a compression one so i think its meant to compress them to hold in place. i dont think theyre sposed to be too tight cos bloodflow helps the healing though x

I dont know if it can “ruin” your boobs but I was thinking mine was too tight because when they got a bit achey in the night last night I took my bra off and immediately felt relif like blood rushed back into them , they kind of pulsed , I went to John Lewis today looking for a better one , the assistant was really helpful and it turned out my Asda 36e Sports bra was 2 sizes too small I needed at least a 36FF and possibly a 36G (which they didnt have in stock) , after putting that on it really doesnt feel tight or remotely uncomfortable , I just feel supported , I just took it off an hour ago to cocoa butter my skin and I didnt get that relief/blood rushing back in feeling at all.

    Hope that helps some

They are supposed to be tight! Most women are wearing the wrong (too big) bra size and band throughout their life until measured properly. They’re not meant to be like a comfy crop top, they have to support and hold your new boobies in and protect them x

my op is may 19th hun, cant wait.

i have a macom bra and it fits me around and i dont have to work out cup sizes which is a godsend lol cos i was worried about being swollen and it too tight or getting 1 to accomodate swelling and then it being too loose x
