Post op bras and strapping advice please?!

Hey ladies…

Got my op in Jan, didn’t realise what a mine field getting a post surgery bra would be!

So really what to go for value and performance wise, and also do mya supply the band?

Everyone feels so differently about bras I’m afraid. Immediately post op I didn’t rate my Macom and I found my M&s bra far too tight although it does fit now swellings gone down. For me it’s Amazon yianna bra all the way for comfort and value. The straps do up over the shoulders so it means no uncomfortable arm movements getting into it and out of it which is actually really painful that first time. They do give you a breast band if it’s what your surgeon requests. I have to wear mine for 4 weeks! I’m 4 weeks on Wednesday and it literally can’t come quick enough haha but I know of girls with unders whose surgeon didn’t give a breast band.
Try and get a couple of bras I think it’s such a personal thing. Don’t take any tags off and return the ones that aren’t right for you.
