    Son today is my post op day 3. Had my BA on monday with Dr mounir at Preston. Feeling great and over the moon. Recovery has been really good compared to what I thought it would be. My only main problem is…bloating! And idea how to get rid of the bloat?I’ve tried senakot etc…nothing works.xxxx

    I haven’t had any of my own experience as still pre op however I have read that bloating and constipation can be a side effect of the meds … It was recommended that you drink plenty of real fruit juices, fruit and veg and proteins avoid fizzy drinks or anything gassy etc hope this helps in some way

    They only had red left when I got mine so had to have it. …It like it in red now though. Because my incisions are a little sore now my macom the most comfortable to wear rather than my other sports bras….but it is a little too tight on top not my boobs. Good luck @corran2510 and good luck with picking your surgeon @beckii xxxx

    Thank you! If I’m honest I’m not sure yet as I have my initial consultation tomorrow …. So excited! They told me on the phone I would get to chose my surgeon so have been trying to do as much research on the. All as possible so I have more of an idea for tomorrow ….. So far I really like the sound of Mounir …. His incisions look so neat and tidy and all his reviews say he is very thorough which I like. Plus all before and after pictures look great!!!!! Just need to find out if he would come to Chelmsford and Fitzroy as they are my closest clinic/hospital. Really hoping he will. Fingers crossed xx how you feeling today?

    @beckii
    I was matched with Dr mounir , so glad I was too as I had done my research and wanted him to do mine. Hope he can do yours if you decide on him, you won’t regret it. He’s amazing 🙂 I’m feeling great today. I haven’t really been in any bad pain to be honest. I have been waking up with cramp in my arms in the mornings,and I am still quite bloated. but my boobs are fine 🙂 slightly uncomfortable for the first two days but haven’t need to lay in bed and rest at all. I’ve been on my feet and walking around everyday.xxxxx

    I did and I was really constipated (sorry tmi!) I took senicot and that helped me but saw it didn’t do anything for you. Maybe just try loads of water and fruit and veg? Can’t really help with it I’m afraid hun xx
