Post op Girlies… Quick Question!!

Hiya, can anyone tell me how long you have to wait before you can start applying scar oils/ creams to the scars? i am 3 weeks post op and although my scars have healed quite alot they are still looking quite bad / noticeable. any advice would be great thanks x

When I went for 1 week check up nurse said not to put anything on them until 6 weeks. I’m seeing surgeon for check up at 6 weeks so probs best to get the all clear from him first before applying anything x

Wait till your scars are fully healed, this is usually about 6 weeks x
