    hi i am nearly 6 wks post op with unders. i have been told i can start exercisin next week and just wondered what sort of stuff to srart off with as i dont want to overdo it n cause an injury? also did it feel weird at 1st and how long before i can do exercises like sit ups? i have just been doin gentle walks on the treadmill and cant wait do get bk to my usual routine which includes lots of toning exercises and squats n lunges. thanks x

    hi. I had my op in July and still can’t do sit ups!! I’m sure everyones different but I feel like it’s too much for me at the moment. I do lots of cardio like x trainer, treadmill and bikes, just find I can do anything for my tummy! get a good sports bra too

    ah right i usually do loads of stomach exercises lol. did it feel weird running/jogging at 1st? x
