Post op girls – bra advice please!

Hey ladies, got my op on Aug 8th with Mr Traynor. I currently wear a 34c, and asked my PC what size macom she would recommend and she said Mr T doesnt really like the macoms. Loads of people say they are brilliant for sleeping in etc so im still going to get one, would a 34 do me or should i go to 36 for swelling? Also, should i only buy sports bras that close at the front or are you able to lift ur arms enough to put on a normal one? Thanks! xxxx

Hey Hun imwould definitely go up a size or two, I haven’t got a macom but I normally am a 36/38 and Im now wearing a 42 and that’s at a push where my entire torso is swollen, my stomach is like a ballon! I’m now 4 days PO x

hey hun i was a 34 c and i got 34 in my macom…..but i hated mine i went with the tesco high impact sports bras instead they are fab and have always got a 34 xx

I got the m&s zip at the front bra, i was a 34a now wearing 34dd and the back fits fine x

Hey guys! I started with a 34c and bought the M&S 36E sports bra that zips up on the front! So hard to Zip up that two women had to do it for me. Feels comfortable though. You need a bigger

Back size than usual and 2-3 cup sizes bigger to … To account for the swelling.

I had 415cc implants and mr traynor was surgeon. It’s true what everyone says about him he is really great! X
