Post Op Girls- Gurgling noise/feelings?

Have any of you post op girls experienced this? If I move in a certain way I can feel/hear what must be bubbles of air gurgling near the top of my boobs… I’m only 3 days PO so will this just settle down?
Really worried about this, don’t want bubbly boobs 🙁 xx

It’s completely normal, it’ll completely disappear in a week or so. I remember my skin feeling like bubble wrap mainly on my chest and hearing like faint armpit farting noises when I moved lol xx

I’m getting this! Ha ha so weird!! Fizzy boobs! Xx
