post op girls help, has anyone had this???

I’m nearly 5 weeks post op and for the last couple of weeks had this pain above my breast and in the armpit, it was itchy at first but now is just painful and seems to be getting worse. Also my arm and hand go stiff during the night and it’s not because of the position. I’m really worried I couldn’t find anything on the internet and my nurse despite leaving 3 times messages for her since last week, just keeps ignoring me and is never there when I call and not returning my calls
