POST OP GIRLS HELP!!

Oh ny gosh in too much pain with my sports bra on tonight it’s getting too tight us in an absolute crime if I take it off till I get a bigger one tomorrow!!!??? Either that or I need more pain killers my boobs are fine but my ribs ouuuuch!!! Xxx

hun i would just loosen ur bra, i did and it did’nt harm booobies x

my ribs hurt the most as well, as claire said try loosening the straps it helped me alot! im 5 weeks po an have slept without a bra a few times but im not sure if i would of done it in the first few weeks! xx

I gotta say I did completely undo it at the back I had to I couldn’t stand it! Woke up this morning and def ouch but that could be cos pain killers wore off? I did 27 hours of Labour on paracetamol this should be a breeze lol, just more uncomfortable than what I was expecting xxx

Exact same thing happened to me last night , half way through the night it was hurting especially around my ribs , took it off for a few hours but got it back on now with loosened straps , bf is taking me to get another today , didn’t feel up to it yesterday was really tired.

This happends to me every night, I bought a massive sports bra to wear at night where i can have the back really loose coz it digs into my chest/ribs and is sooooo uncomfortable and it sorted it out, its just not very supportive so i ONLY wear it at night.

And i get really achey in the morn when i wake up , think its just due to stiffness and then sitting on your chest tbh,

Well I got an explanation why my 36E sports bra was hurting , just been to John Lewis and asked one of the assistants to help me find one to fit correctly , she was brilliant and I’ve ended up with a 36FF but she also said I could fit in a 36G , its a Royce support bra , unfortunately they only had the “nude” colour which I hate but its like wearing a 2nd skin , cant believe how comfortable it is.

WOOOOOWWWWW haha thats amazing! I feel fine in my 34DD today its only night time i struggle like amy, so dont think im gonna be quite as lucky as u Dee with sizes, but cant wait to find out what im actually measuring at xx
