Post op girls – sleeping in a sports bra…for how long?

Hi everyone, it has been awhile since i have been on and this is because everything is going great! Im almost 8 weeks post op, love everything about my new boobies but i was just wondering if any post op girls are still sleeping in sport bras and how far post op are you? How long should we be wearing them for?

they say you have to wear one only for the first 6 weeks, but i still wear mine now and again to bed im a year po, like natural breast fake boobs sag over time, so i wanna keep mine pert as possible by always wearing support by day or night, i either wear a sports bra or a normal bra, now and again i sleep bra less but very rare xx

my surgeon told me he prefers i dont wear one for the first week or as long as I want but i wore one on day 7 to bed and it did help them feeling less heavy but Im wearing one on day 9 to work but otherwise I sleep without one…i guess every surgeon has their own ways …x

It also depends on you as an individual,I had an uplift so I do want to keep them uplifted for as long as possible,but an uplift is only as good as the bra thats supporting it,especially when you get to my age,skin becomes thinner and gravity takes over as you get older,so for me its bra for life,lol,I do take it off to shower and bathe and the odd time I have been bra less in the summer,but mainly I wear mine all the time,its personal preference.xxx

I wear my sports bra religously to bedevery nite – unless i am pisst n forget x
