Post op girls- what to do with helping to heal incisions

Heyyy post op girls!

Im just wondering how long after op you took the strips off the incisions? I cant remember if the nurse said they just come off when you shower?

Also are you putting anything on the incisions? Im 2 weeks post op.

I use a combo off olive oil and jojoba oil on mine since 6 weeks and mine r nearly white, I dont like bio oil at all buts most people use that xx

l am 16 days post op have no strips have been told to use scar balm twice a day. l purchased this from the hospital group website. xx

I was told nothing on scars for six weeks. I drink loads of orange juice and take vitamen e tablets mine are.geat xx

I bought some of that dermatix cream to start using next week when i am 6 weeks po on my scars…it better bloody work, it cost £30 for a tiny tube lol xx
