Hi. I am 4 wks po on Tuesday. I still feel tired and have shooting pains in one boob, more in bed. They are uncomfortable when I first get up, but put that down to their size as I had 685cc. I haven’t had a night out with the girls yet as worried il get bumped into. Hopefully won’t be too much longer. Hope this helps. X

The worst of it was over for me by around week 5 but then my issues were scars and infections. My dissolvable stitches were not totally healed and I had some real probs but the sleeping problems and the pain and discomfort were pretty much over by then

I am 2 weeks 4 days PO now and I feel absolutely fine! By 2 weeks I felt myself again. I can sleep on my side with no discomfort or pain, my scars are healing really well and I would love to be able to get back to the gym if I could! Everyone heals at different rates and I think I have pretty quickly. Just need to be patient hun :) xx

Hey, I am 48 hours PO and feel nice, keep up with the pain killers etc and you will be fine. You are going to have pains for a few weeks. The key is to rest well for the first week, dont try to over do it. Cat xx

im 15 days post op and my boobs are sore and sensitive. especially after waking up… thats when they ache. i saw a poll online and most women start feeling normal after a month aparently. but, we all heal differently and explain pain in different ways. i can say i only felt pain when i first woke up and just had soreness. xx
