Post Op Holiday

Hey girlies,
My surgery is booked for 28th Jan & its my 21st Birthday 7 weeks later… I was planning a trip to Vegas & Florida Just wondered if anyone could give me an idea what I will/won’t be able to do at 7 weeks post op?
Sunbathing, Rollercoasters, Water-Rides ect..
Also, if anyone’s had vaser lipo how long did it take your swelling & bruising to go down?
I think i might have to re-think of my birthday plans 🙁 xx

Hey Jessica. I had Vaser and an still a little swollen. Skin looks patchy too but I’m told things will start to improve around 6 weeks. The last of my brusing – on my bum of all places, if finally fading! I’m 4 weeks PO. X

Couldn’t be happier hun! My love handles are no more!! I have my flanks, and abs done. Have one before and after photo. Just take it easy and you’ll be ok. I did my first run this weekend and feel like I am more swollen but hey, guess it’s a slow journey!

Hey girl, I’m having a BA next Monday, I brought my date forward to accommodate the fact I wouldn’t be allowed on rollercoasters as I’m going to Florida in April 2015. My PC and Nurse advised not going on roller coaster until your over 6 months post op, although I’m gambling a bit by going a month early my PC recommended a wear an extremely supportive bra to keep them safe as I’d already booked it and didn’t want to go without boobs lol, it’s best to talk to a nurse or you’re PC to see what they suggest, I think it also depends on sizing too xxx

rollercoasters and water-rides will definitely be out of the question at 7 weeks then :/
I couldn’t have them done this side of Christmas as i’m going Skiing over New Year & didn’t want to risk it 🙁
never mind boobs are more important lol.. Good luck for Monday chick xxxx
