Post op – Hurts when I sneeze or cough or yawn!!

Does anyone else feel like this and how long will it last??

I’m 9 days post op now and can take a deep breath and yawn without it hurting much (really hurt a few days ago!) but if I cough or need to sneeze it really hurts my chest.. Is that normal??

HI im 3 days post op im really struggling thought each dfay would get easier ive rang the nurse today and they told me to cut my bandgae a bit its helped loads i assume u have now had ur strapping off but it sounds silly but its a good thing ur feeling like that it means all the bruisen is coming out and ur healing try crossing your arms over in a x shape when u are about to cough holding on to ur boobs this helps a bit hope u feel better soon xx

Aww thanks for the tips! Hope you start to feel better soon too! I didn’t have any bandages or anything tho so couldn’t be that for me i do have a breast band on and do have to loosen that sometimes to feel more comfortable!! Xx

same! i had my op on friday and ive felt like crap ever since, can barely sleep and cant move my upper body much, my back, arms, shoulders and boobs hurt! moving like a robot aswell this sucks! xxx
