It was 6 weeks on weds so I’ve started back at the gym but I’m too scared to run yet – I have a feeling my 6 quid Tesco sports bra won’t suffice! Any recommendations? I want something to make them stick in place and bounce as little as possible.

I really miss running :( xx

Try the shock absorbers! Pricey but defo worth the price… They have different bras to match the kind of activities you doo too :)

Hi ladies..I tried jogging at 7 weeks but was sore and just felt like the implants were moving around inside lol Instead Ive walked uphill and used the cross trainer and stair climber and now at 9 weeks, I was able to do a light jog for around 30 mins, boobs feel fine. However, seems to be sore when Im in bed at night so will wait and see later on!

Im wearing the new shock absorber that’s designed for running, seems to work fine x

I’ve used the cross trainer, bike and just powerwalked uphill on the treadmill – I’ve felt fine doing that I’m just too scared to run! I only really enjoy running though and miss it so much.

I’m going to get a shock absorber off eBay I think as you all seem to like them – unsure what size to go.for though. Measured 32E at la senza, ended up fitting well in 34DD – but I believe la senza can measure quite big xx

Thanks girls. Will be buying a shock absorber. Was using a Nike and my boobs were literally swaying. Embarrassing to say the least. I stopped after 5 minutes in fear of a black eye.

    xx
