    hi girls!

    I’m 6 weeks post op now and can’t wait to start running and going to the gym again!! when did people start running again after their ba? I’m worried I’ll do some damage!

    and also when can I buy underwired bras? worried I’m going to damage the implants or scars! help please! xx

    hi hun …. im only 2 wks but i got told at 6 wks i can use creams… oils etc and buy bra’s and underwired bras ….always ring and check tho if you worry ,….. i carnt wait to gym it either !!!! x

    hi Rachel, i went for my surgeon check up at 7 weeks post op, and was given the go ahead to wear underwire bras. However they just didn’t feel comfortable, so i didn’t actually start wearing underwires untill i was 9 weeks post op! Even then, for the first week i alternated wearing underwire one day and sports bra the next day. You just need to see how they feel hun. Sorry, can’t help about the running question lol as i never run! Hope this helps x

    thanks for all your help! just been to asda to buy a sports bra so I can start running tomorrow but thy don’t do my band size with my new cup size :( grrr! got some lovey underwired bras it feels so weird been able to wear them again!! x

    Hi rachel i started running after 6wks and doing stuff at gym after getin ok from nurse. If you want a decent sports bra i strongly recommend M&S. Only £18
