post op nasal spray

hey, i had my Op on monday got given nasal spray along with a load of drugs at highgate.. the pharmasist said i can begin using the nasal spray soon as i get home, there is no way i can im too blocked up and sore, still bleeding a little.

how long did everyone else wait?

I didn’t really use it at all, find it really nauseating! Found olbas inhaler really refreshing though! Good luck with your recovery x

I didnt start using it untill i could get air in and out of my nostrils.. still cant breathe and been using the nasal spray! Not sure how much good it does!

I used it even though I was blocked up! I found it helped for a few hours until the next dosage x

I didnt really use it either. The thought of putting anything near my nose really grossed me out. x
