post op questions!

hey ladies i’m post op and so confused!! please help!!

when can I shower? when can I take the bandages off? when can I take the breast band off? am I supposed to be wearing a bra?

I had Mario……I wasn’t allower a shower for 1 week after I had seen my nurse to have bandages removed and incisions checked. I had to wear the breast band for 2 weeks and no bra. Then 4 weeks in a sports bra. Hope this helps hun xx

aww thank you. I didn’t even see mario after the surgery! he was so hit it and quit it! ha I love his work though. do you think I can shower and cover the bandages with plastic wrap? do you know why he doesn’t want us to wear a bra?

hi, i couldnt shower for a week either i had mr singh and i wore my sports bra from day 1 so i think the surgions have diffrent rules xx

No shower due to infections…..trust me you dont want that. Breast band and no bra to push implants into pockets formed. I found it uncomfortable so pad out the sides under your arms. I would contact your pc if you are not sure. She will be able to advise you, although everyone who has had Mario seems to have to follow the same as I have advised u hun xx

No showers for a week girlies !

im sure you can have shallow baths, but make sure you do not get your bandages wet, or just have a strip wash like our nanna’s had to do years ago lol, i have not had my ba yet so if this info is incorrect then please let me know ladies xx

I’m 2 days post op today guna have a shallow bath and try and scrub my pen off with baby wipes xx

im just dying for a shower….when i googled searched a lot of girls said 2 days but just covered their bandages….no one has waited 2 days?? xx
