POST OP shopping advice

I’m currently a full 34b, I’m having 450cc HP partials
I don’t know what size post op sports bra to buy, my PC said DD Or E
Should it be tight or loose??

Hey Hun My Op Is Friday, I’m Having the Same I’ve Brought The M&S Sports Bra In A 36e & dd I’m Usually A 34 Back But When Tried It On I Literally Struggled Too Do It Up Lol So Got A Size Up In The Back Too.. The E Is For Straight After & DD For When Swelling Goes Down xx
