Post Op Sleep Paralysis

Hi ladies, I’m coming up for 5 days post op and 3 night so far I’ve struggled to get a good nights sleep due to sleep paralysis. Has anyone else had this weird side effect? Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can help it?
I’m so scared to go to sleep at night because of it and it’s making me so tired! Thanks in advance xx
