Post OP sports bra

Hi ladies, just after some advise with what sports bra to go with post op? I am a 32A now and having 350cc unders. Ive been recommended the Macom or the zip-up ones from M&S but just wanted to see what you guys recommend and what size I would probably need? I’ve seen a few people say to go for a band width higher with the M&S ones due to swelling xx
