Post Op Sports Bra

Hi Ladies, im just after some advice with post-op sports bras. I’ve been recommended to get either Macom or the zip-up ones from M&S. Ive seen on here a few people say to go for the size up band with the M&S ones due to swelling etc but just after some advise what you guys recommend I should go for a what size?

Ill probably get a few different ones so I can see which is best etc but any advise is appreciated x

I have 2 MACOM bras and 1 Lipoelastic PI extra Variant. Happy with them!

Thanks for your help Maria! What size would you recommend in the Lipoelastic PI bra? Did you get the size you were before or a size up?

I was sent a measuring tape by then and ordered a size M 😊 I was before surgery a size 10uk, deflated 34 b/c, now full C.

Before op my bust size was 84cm, post op 90cm.

Highly recommend lipoelastic!
