Ouchie :( I’m a week post op and also had the same as you, but I had responsive implants so I had 470 unders. I was pretty much disabled for the first 3/4 days. The pain was pretty bad. Basically I lay propped on the sofa all day pretty much and just got up to stretch my legs every now and again. By day 5/6 the muscle pains eased more but I was and still am pretty stiff, especially first thing in the morn. Just rest rest rest hun for a good 3 days at least. I’m lucky as my hubby’s off work so I haven’t had to lift a finger. But do as little as poss for now. Just keep stretching your legs every now and again to keep the circulation going.

What were your before stats and what size were you told 460’s would take you too? I asked to look a DD but I’m starting to think they look small :( think boob greed as started to set in for me lol! I no they have to drop and fluff yet tho so am keeping my fingers crossed :) xx

I was a B and Russo offered me several sizes, 470’s were the biggest, so I chose those! I had a nipple lift to.

I want to look a DD, so I’d need to measure bigger than that being as implants measure bigger than what they look. Guess what we need to remember is unders take longer to get there true size and shape as at the mo our muscles are squashing them down. So as our muscle weakens and relaxes, the implant gains its natural shape. I’ve read it can take anything fom weeks to months for this to happen so we’ll just have to be patient :) xx
