Post op- under the muscle

Just got my BA done yesterday, 340cc under’s. Really happy with the size of the implants, but I hate the way they look. The shape is just so un-natural and not in an attractive way- they don’t look round or breast like at all.

I was just so worried this morning about taking the painkillers, being in good health etc that I forgot to ask the surgeon/nurses about the shape of my boobs. I think it was mentioned before at my consultation that the under the muscle implants “fall” into place? I’m not supposed to wear a bra for 6 weeks now, hopefully by then it’ll look more like i have boobs? Right now they are hard and swollen (as i expected), but I want to know whether the stuck on shape is permanent?

Other than that everything went really well, the GA was a breeze and all the staff at the hospital were lovely!

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

hi i had unders on sunday and mine are already softening!! no bra for 6 weeks… jeez i was told i have to wear one day a night for 6 weeks!! im shoked by that lol yeah unders drop and fluff n u usually gain a size wen this happens!! how u fnding it all? day 2 n i thought i was dying with pain loool … mwah!!

hi clair try not to worry im 8 weeks post op and at first mine were as youve described about yours but in time theyve moved together and look natural and softened its only a day since yours theyll change so much over the weeks and youll love them youve just been through a big thing give it time and get them pain killers in you them first few days are awful or maybe im just a wimp xxx

Claire, even overs look a little 😯 at first. My nipples were so swollen they looked awful, I was so afraid they would never look normal again LOL!! the swelling went down with-in a few days and I had the most gorgeous breasts. It took a few months to settle down and I would say a year for them to drop (like natural breasts) the scars were also barely visable after a year. It’ll be just fine, just you wait and see!!!!

Thanks for the replies Feel better after reading them. Think I was just having a bit of post-op blues. Boobs are already feeling a little softer! Really pleased with them already! Guess I just have to play the waiting game now and take it easy for next few days. Pain is quite bad in the morning- so glad for the painkillers!

Hi Claire, im pre-op so might not be much help but ive seen a lot of girls writing about the same thing as you and all the replies say that they eventualy settle and end up a more natural shape! Think its just all the swelling that makes them look so odd at the start. Who did u have ur op with?

What size do u think you are now with 340 unders?I have to choose between 340 or 380 Hope ur pain has been ok! Most worried about that with unders lol xx

Hi claire, do you use sofeminine? I’m michmrob on there too if u want to see my pics, I had 300cc partials 9 weeks ago and they looked awful at first, nothing like the boobs I’d always dreamed of lol. But they’ve changed so much over time and just look like nice natural boobs now, I’m really pleased. Just be patient and you’ll grow to love them x
