Always on my side lol didn’t really need to it’s all gone down no pain no swelling! Yes strapping have you? Xx
Hi Sam
I’m 4 days post op and I have had ice packs on loads since coming home.
Found that it’s the only thing that is really helping, I had extra swelling on one of my boobs and it has really helped!
The strapping is so so tight!
Keep going with it, it can only help.
AM x
I was advised to put ice packs on for the next day or two but I did it for a few more days because it helped a lot with the swelling plus soothed any discomfort and in the long run my swelling went down quick.
Glad tour surgery went well though and happy healing 🙂
Thank you girls. Think I am Deffo gonna carry on with it. Like you say the strapping is so tight anything to relieve it slightly ill do it! I’ve run out of ice so am currently using bags of frozen sprouts lol x
I know it sounds bizarre but eating ice cream really helped me when i had strapping it soothed my chest and throat made it easier for me to laugh and cough x also helped with the itching and heat from being syrapped up x
