Im confused regarding the wearing bra scenario post op. Some surgeons seems to say not needed and others say wear them all the time.

Im now 4 days post op, and really feel like i could do with a couple of hours off from this bra, still have sticthes and plasters covering the wounds.. Is it safe to give the a little break??

Also while I am at questiontime, are a little ‘pins and needles’ normal???

I had overs Sandy, not in too much pain, but just feel like the puppies could do with some air. Im not in pain, just a bit uncomfy,…wasnt expecting that!!! The feeling is coming back slowly, but still numb on lower part of boobs(below nipple) – only to be expected!!

I had pins and needles in my arm and shoulder last night -it was a new sensation, but not too bad, just not come across it earlier ,..

Also slept a couple of hours on my side – it was SOOOO nice!!!! lol

well i’ve not had my surgery yet but looking around at all the different bras to buy, i can’t imagine victoria beckham, kim Marsh or any other celebs wearing a MaCom bra for 6 weeks so i cant imagine it would cause too much harm just havng a brether. xx

I think afew hours a day don’t do any harm, I’m 10 days post op and take mine off for a little while every evening. I feel a lot more comfortable having done this before bed xx

I haven’t had BA yet but at my pre-op the nurse said was absolutely fine to give them a breather every now and then.
