I’m 26 days post op after my breast reduction and I swear my stomach feels like it’s inflated massively!
I hear a lot of girls struggle like this after their ops anyway, but I’ve always struggled a little in shifting weight (mostly because my boobs prevented me exercising). I was going to get some water retention tablets, anyone else got any recommendations?

Hey chick my belly stayed big for months as it’s got something to do with the op so not stress to much over it you could try water tabs this will get rid of the excuses water x

Hi Zoe I’m getting my boobs done on Wednesday , I have had a tummy tuck and was very bloated at the time but thought that was due to where I had my surgery , but in reading lots of forums it seems common no matter what surgery people have .
Some of the tips I have seen are charcoal tablets lots of water and walking , I’m preparation I have bought windeaze and dulcolax and fibre powder to help keep it all moving(gross) I know , hope this helps , maybe a colonic something a friend has suggested or a body wrap in a salon , I read that taking water retention tablets might not be a good idea after surgery as u need to be hydrated to heal xxxx

I might have to take something as I have IBS too and my system has not been what is normal for me, I’m really trying not to let it get me down.

Without me being too graphic, how effective are laxatives? I suffer IBS so I worry about screwing with my system
