Post surgery bra

Hi girls can anyone recommend a post surgery bra? My surgeon has told me to get a 34dd. Any advice would be greatly appreciated xx

Macom compression bras or ive just seem M&S do a high-impact sports bra with front zip fastening for £19.50 .. x

Hi I bought a sports bra but found a post surgery bra in asda, was £6… Bargain and very very comfortable x

i tried the M&s one on and it felt really high up under the arms where we all swell initially…and bra shouldnt be too tight…that high impact front clip has no adjusting straps so i decided against it…personally i wouldnt get m&s one…my medium impact one i have from there is rubbing against my sensitive nipples…so recommend getting a seemless one over the nipple area…

and buy more than one size…i had to take my D and DD ones back and get a different make as they didnt fit…

just my own opinion:) Havent found a good one as of yet…but pls share if u do x

Macon is the best to get cos u don’t have to know the cup size just band size. I’ve read that compression garments aid healing process. Ive got one and wore it continuously for 6 weeks. I now wear mixture between level 4 Shock Absorber sports bra, m&s high impact wireless sports bra and my Macom but the sports bras are nowhere near as comfortable as, I would have hated to wear them just post op, but in 7 weeks on now so they’re ok after a few wears.

i am 11 days po and only worn my sports bra 3 times…my surgeon said i should let them be lol…

Agree with the m and s zip up , it’s very high under the arms and I didn’t find it comfy I took it back and exchanged it for the two pack medium impact sports bras £17 ish and very comfy. My ops on the 21st so not got a clue if they will fit lol.

How long do u have to not wear wired bras for? I don’t mind wearing a sports bra for first couple months but not after that? Xx

Non wired till your 6 week check up and your told you can wear wired, hope this helps x
