I’ve had a look for post surgery bra’s and I can’t find any other than Macon so far. Are they any good? I’m going from a 28D (sounds bigger than it is!) and having 385cc implants.
I know M&S do a high-impact bra but the smallest back size is a 32 and I figured that’ll be too big as I’ve had they’re bra’s in therapist and was a 28 with them before they phased them out.
Any help appreciated, I’m booked in for August 16th 🙂 thanks.

Hey 🙂 I have a small back size too, I usually wear a 28 but I found M&S 30 bands fit pretty well, but besides that it’s recommended that you go up a band size for post op bras due to swelling etc 🙂 so stay on the safe side and go for the 32 as you don’t want it cutting into you x

Thanks Cait 🙂 I’ll go in and try one on. So excited to finally be getting it done after a very long 12 year wait! x

I did look into the Macoms but my surgeon actually doesn’t recommend them and I’ve seen a couple of girls on here say they just weren’t supportive enough. Give some a try like you say, it’s exciting ? find some with zips at the front too, they’ll be easier to get on & off.
I’m going in tomorrow, I’ve been counting down the days and now the big day is here it just doesn’t feel real!

300cc mods, I wanted higher profiles and possibly a few more cc’s but I’m too petite so going by my breast width my surgeon wouldn’t budge 🙁 interested to see how mine will end up, while I was breastfeeding I went up to a 30E, I don’t think I’ll get that back again 🙁 lol

I went up to a 30G while breastfeeding and I’ve had 4 kids so hoping this will fill me back up but probably won’t be to that size! Really hope it goes well today for you 🙂 x
