Post surgery bra size

I am looking for a post surgery bra, I am thinking of getting this one

I am just in two minds as to what size I should be ordering. I want to be a 34D/DD after my operation, should I choose a bra based on that or go for a bigger size?

Just get the MaCom hun. You only need the one that corresponds to your back size and it will fit no matter how swollen you are because of the expandable cups. It fastens at the front and comes down well below your scars so a lot more comfy than any of the shop bought ones

ive got that m&s one, and they come up so small! im like a small C cup and theres not much room left in the E cup one and im having 410s on tuesday so brought an E and an F as they do come up so small! and your going to swell too! xxx
