So T minus 12 days until Op Boobie.

I really need some advise regarding post op bras? I am going to order my Macon bra but didn’t know whether to get one or two? Have you girls worn the macoms the entire 6 weeks post op or have you moved onto a different type? I know these are quite heavy duty surgical bras so was wondering if they are suitable for under clothes etc. When have you stopped using them and moved onto a different type? Also what support level do I need. Can anyone give me then approximate stages xx

Debhams shock absorber run bra you can’t go wrong with this bad boy I had mine with full uplift and implants 1st op and used them for my revision surgery and due my 3rd n a 3 weeks time and will be going bk to them This Shock Absorber sports bra has been created especially for running, with an enhanced support system to target excessive breast movement and featuring seam-free and concealed elastic to reduce rubbing and chafing. This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up to 78%. Top Tip…..Fasten the top clip before you put the Run bra on and then pull it on over your head. The bottom hook and eye can then be fastened once the Run bra is in place.

Ive got a macom for my ba in 6 days. I just like the idea that they do up at the front as ive heard people say you cant move yours arms much for a few days. You only have to buy you chest size eg 32, 34 etc. xx

Yep, they are definitely the best for that. I just am really curious to know whether you need to wear the macom in particular for the 6 weeks or whether after a while you can swap to an alternative sports bra x
