    Heya girls
My op isn’t until March but want to start buying things for after surgery.

I’m having a look online for the zip front sports bras but don’t know what size to get!

    I’m having 375 or 400 HP overs, so making me a D/DD
    What size should I order??Xxx

From what I remember from my consultations you should buy 1 size up cup and back from what your expected to be but buy the same size back if your getting Macom bra, hope that helps xx

They told me at my pre op to get one that does up at the back and it has to be 2 cup sizes bigger and one size bigger than my back than what I am now but I’m only having 250cc so maybe different for different sizes x

I got told to get a macom because the back size is what you know already and the cups expand with your boobs so no need to worry about fitting, and then when you can try on sports bras after surgery get some cheap but supportive asda bras xx
There is a code for macom too which is mya16 I think it’s 15% off xxx

Awww babes they fab but will need to fitted up for them as the have snap back in them so they can stretch out 3-4 cup sizes more without giving lacking in strength I had DD and 590cc on top swelling my breast was GG with sweeling on top of that and this still fit it’s by your width not cup and go up back a size so if you was 32Bk you would 34 bk but if you Debs there bra fitters are fuller trained to sort us girls out xx

I bought a back size up in the Macom bra and glad I did as its really comfortable. I’ve also got my normal back size ready for when the swelling goes down. I bought a couple of 34D M&S sports bras and tired one yesterday but I was so tight and uncomfortable that I’ve gone straight back to my Macom. The thing is you spend a lot of money on the operation so it’s worth having the right bras to achieve the best possible result. Xx
