Power Plates

Has anyone who has had breast implants used the Power Plates machines and if so is it safe and what is it like – thanks

want to know this myself trying to get my bikini body in 4 weeks but got a feeling cant use these for 6weeks post op x

yes I think you are right if you have only just had it done, i am 22 months on now, lets hope someone replys anyways going tomorrow and if I find anything out I will let you know.

i had my op October 2009, i didnt use one after my op but i have just hired one and its sat in my living room as i type! Not yet managed to use it. will let you know how it feels, sports bra will defo be on!!!

you can go to classes it costs £5 for 15 mins you are supposed to do it 3 x a week to loose weight the only thing that worries me is if it makes you feel dizzy apparently it like a sea sickness thing but possibly not for everyone you are supposed to be able to loose quite alot.
