It might be different for certain people, but I’l tell you what happened in mine…
The nurse asked me a bunch of medical questions and got the address of my GP’s surgery so they can get your medical records ( this is not covered on the NHS so your doctors surgery will send you a letter asking you to pay £20 for them to transfer the information MYA. They also do 3 swabs to test for MRSA; one on your bikini line, one up your nostril and one on your armpit. The nurse told me that no news is good news so if you don’t hear from them in about a week then you have tested negative and you don’t have it. I also had to have some photos taken for the ‘before and after’…I had to sign to give permission for these to be taken and I also had to sign a declaration that all the information that I had given the correct medical information. The nurse will also just go over the general details such as the date and if the implant sizes are correct etc. Really nothing to worry about, I was in there about 20 minutes.
Good luck and I have accepted your friend request xx
