Your welcome
My ops 10th jan I just like to be prepared haha..
Also think about what you will be taking everything in, I have a small weekend case with wheels so I can pull it along hopefully won’t hurt me its really light.
The scar sheets you can buy online they’re quite expensive but I’m having a nipple lift so I’m more concerned about the scarring they’re just silicone sheets or gel that help scars disappear, I’ve heard bio oil works wonders too! x
Sorry girls can i just ask why you would need laxitives? xx
Coz after the op you cant go to the loo for a few days….I think its from all the drugs they give you xxx
Hey vicky. I am having mine same time as you where is ya op
I took to the hospital (daycase)- slippers, dressing gown, pjs (just incase i was kept in) and a few toiletries such as toothpaste. and some magazines.
I only used my dressing gown and slippers to walk down to theatre and back to the car to go home as i put my pjs on to travel home in. I didnt need aything else at the hospital at all. And for at home i got a v-pillow and obviously a few sports bras and roll on deodrant so i wsnt spraying near that area, i was also advised to use a soap such as simple that has no perfumes etc in it to wash with. x
*Bump* I’m in 3 weeks and any helpful things I can get for at home would be great!
i got 2 reusable hot n cold compresses from ebay, can leave either one in the freezer, an other 1 u heat in microwave for 50secs! cold for first 48hrs an warm then onwards. really helps swelling. the cold feels really nice i go 2 sleep with it on lol x
