pre op panic please help

hiya so i have my op on wednesday and i was supposed to get a covid test at the hospital today but they had written the date backwards on the letter so id missed it but managed to get one done with the nhs and i cant let them know that i had one until tuesday due to easter holidays so im hoping they still let me

what do the pre op assessments consist of as i’m not sure whether they were going to do any other tests as well as a covid test

TLDR: what pre op tests did you have done and when were they

I get done a blood test, electrocardiography and a CT scan. Don’t worry honey! It’s going to be okay!!

I only had Mrsa swab and blood pressure checked x
