Pre-op questions please girls!

Hiya Girls

Got my op in 2weeks.Saw the nurse today who advised i stop taking multivitamins. i was just wondering if anyone else had been told the same as i cant see what harm it would do. Lastly i hear alot of people talking about taking Arnica tablets, who recommends it, the nurse or the surgeon?

if anyone can give me some advise it would be much appreaciated

id just realy listen to your nurse .

i did with mine and three weeks on i feel amazing .

not sure about the Amica tablets , ring her and ask her advise .

Hi dream88, I don’t think the nurse or surgeon will actually recommend the arnica tablets because they are herbal, but do ask them whether it’s safe for you to take them. I can’t see why not, but check just to be sure and good luck!
